Steps to make to make Bannu pulao

  1. Soak rice for 30 minutes
  2. Take a big vessel add meat and onions, tomatoes, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon and bay leaves.
  3. Add water and salt and cook till meat become soft.
  4. Separate meat pieces and strain yakhni in a jug. Discard spices and keep a side
  5. Take a big vessel and add oil or ghee or animal fat if you like
  6. Add onions, cumin, cloves and cinnamon
  7. Fry onions till dark brown color achieved. Than add ginger garlic paste and black pepper powder and mix
  8. Add meat and fry for 4_5 minutes.
  9. Add green chillies and tea bag and mix with meat and onions for 2-4 minutes.
  10. Add yakhni and give a boil. After that remove tea bag (make sure tea bag will not open. You can use potli for tea bag as well)
  11. Now add soaked rice and salt, cook till rice done completely
  12. Dish out and serve with raita or salad and enjoy this different pulao
